Edit the scale list in the bottom right hand corner (only available when a viewport is selected).

Reset to metric units if required before adding scales.

Copy an existing viewport by:

Double clicking outside the viewports, select a viewport with a marquee and copy: select the base point and move to new location, press escape to finish.

Then apply the required scale.
